Nokia Lumia 638 becomes available for pre order in China

Nokia (Microsoft Mobile should i say?) gives a quite and unnoticeable Lumia Phone release on China.

The phone runs on Windows 8.1, it is dual-sim and has the ability to use LTE and is priced 1199 Yuan or around $192.

Like Nokia 630 and the 635 it will feature the Snapdragon 400 with 1.2Ghz quad - core CPU, a 4'5 inch display and a 5MP Camera and 1 Gigabyte of RAM.

There is no word whether the device is actually exclusive to China or it would be available on other countries as well.
